I provide the grounded sounding board you need to navigate complex organizational dynamics, protect your focus, and step into your full capability—allowing you to move from reactive patterns to intentional, sustainable leadership.
Ascent Leadership Coaching supports leaders who want to lead with greater clarity, intention, and impact—especially during periods of growth, transition, or organizational change.

A 9–12 Month Team Coaching & Organizational Partnership
Alturas partners with organizations and leadership teams to build shared understanding, clear direction, and aligned execution—especially during periods of growth, change, or realignment.
While every engagement is tailored to your organization’s specific stage, culture, and immediate friction points, our long-term partnerships generally move through four core focus areas:
1. Landscape Discovery & Diagnosis
Every meaningful partnership starts with an accurate picture of reality. We conduct a thorough analysis across leadership dynamics, organizational culture, internal systems, and stakeholder experience to surface what’s thriving, what’s stalled, and where subtle misalignment lives.
2. Tailored Design & Strategic Blueprint
We don't bring off-the-shelf playbooks. Using diagnostic insights, we co-create a targeted roadmap tailored to your specific leadership dynamics, high-stakes goals, and non-negotiable priorities.
3. Core Team Coaching & Working Sessions
We facilitate ongoing team sessions to shift daily habits, navigate constructive friction, and strengthen how your team operates under pressure.
Focus: Deepening trust, establishing ownership over decision-making, and mastering feedback and difficult conversations.
4. Facilitated Strategy, Retreats & Skill Building
As needs emerge across the arc of our work, we integrate targeted support to keep your organization aligned and moving forward together.
Strategic Discussions & Retreats: Executive and board facilitation to step back, define vision, and align on direction.
Skill-Building Workshops: Practical modules tailored for your team in communication, adaptive leadership, meeting culture, and cross-functional collaboration.
Team coaching takes the burden of facilitating off your shoulders so you can participate fully as an active member of your team. As an objective partner, team coaching creates a dynamic of genuine shared ownership—creating the space your team needs to grow and move forward together.

Workshop Description
Fall 2026 Dates TBD
Leading an organization is complex work. For some leaders, the challenge starts with the vision itself - getting clear on who you are, what you do, and why it matters. For others, the vision is already there, and the harder work is translating it into daily practice, aligned teams, and sustainable systems. Whether you're a nonprofit, a community-based organization, a school, or a larger company, The Entrepreneurial Leader Workshop Series is designed to help leaders move from vision to implementation. Through seven focused, high-impact sessions, participants will gain practical tools, clear frameworks, and immediately usable strategies to strengthen alignment, build team capacity, and lead through the uncertainty of growth.
What to expect:
(7) 90-minute interactive workshops grounded in real business contexts
Practical and immediately applicable tools
Opportunities for reflection and interaction
Clear leadership moves you can implement right away
Connection with other entrepreneurial leaders
Whether you are early in your entrepreneurial journey or working to scale and sustain what you've already built, this series is designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Session Descriptions
Session 1 – An Introduction to the Envisioning Process: Clarifying Who You Are, What You Do, and Why It Matters (Date TBD)
Every strong business is built on a clear sense of who you are, what you do, and why it matters — yet most leaders have never taken the time to put that into words. This session introduces a process for clarifying your mission, vision, values, and purpose. Participants will leave with a first draft of their organization's North Star statement — clear enough to say out loud with confidence.
Takeaway: A practical tool for drafting and communicating your organization's mission, vision, values, and purpose.
Session 2 – Leading with Clarity, Direction & Purpose — The Clarity Reset: Bridging the Gap Between Vision and Daily Reality (Date TBD)
Even the strongest visions can stall when daily practices, priorities, and systems drift out of alignment. This session helps leaders step back, identify the most critical leverage points, and refocus their efforts where they will matter most. Participants will use an alignment protocol to diagnose misalignment, reduce initiative overload, and create the conditions for focused, sustainable progress.
Takeaway: A practical diagnostic and action tool leaders can immediately use with their team.
Session 3 – Building Stronger Teams — Applying Lencioni's Five Dysfunctions to Build Real Cohesion (Date TBD)
Many teams meet frequently but still struggle with trust, conflict, and follow-through. This session introduces Patrick Lencioni's Five Dysfunctions of a Team model and helps leaders diagnose where their own team gets stuck. Leaders will learn practical moves to build vulnerability-based trust and turn healthy conflict into stronger commitment and results.
Takeaway: A team health assessment leaders can use to diagnose and address dysfunction on their team.
Session 4 – Charting the Trajectory —Turning a Goal into a Realistic Path Forward (Date TBD)
Setting a goal is easy. Getting there is where most plans fall apart. This session introduces a simple visual tool for examining your current reality, identifying your goal, the obstacles between them, and the steps you'll take to actualize your goal(s) . Participants will then use a widely used coaching framework to work through the specific obstacle most likely to derail their progress.
Takeaway: Tools leaders can use across the year to track progress of their goals and work through obstacles as they arise.
Session 5 – Developing the Entrepreneurial Mindset — The Human Side of Innovation (Date TBD)
Sustainable growth is not just structural — it is deeply human. This session explores the key mindsets entrepreneurs and leaders need to successfully navigate change, uncertainty, and innovation. Leaders will identify common mindset barriers and develop strategies for building readiness across their organization.
Takeaway: A mindset diagnostic and support strategy.
Session 6 – The Decisive Leader — Making High-Stakes Calls with Confidence (Date TBD)
Entrepreneurial leaders are defined by the calls they make under pressure. This session helps leaders build a repeatable process for making sound, confident decisions even without complete information. Participants will explore practical frameworks for weighing risk and moving forward decisively when the stakes are high.
Takeaway: A decision-making framework leaders can use to move fast and lead with conviction, even under pressure.
Session 7 – Developing the Conditions for Innovation — Creating the Ecosystem Where Change Can Thrive (Date TBD)
Innovative practices rarely succeed without the right organizational conditions. This session helps leaders assess whether their current environment is enabling — or unintentionally blocking — meaningful change.
Takeaway: An Innovation Conditions self-assessment and next-step planner.
Cost:
The Whole Series: $550 per participant
Single Session: $175 per participant
