Session Descriptions
Session 1 - The Clarity Reset - Bridging the Gap Between Vision and Daily Reality (April 14)
Even the strongest visions can stall when daily practices, priorities, and systems drift out of alignment with the vision. This session helps leaders step back, identify the most critical leverage points, and refocus their efforts where they will matter most. Participants will explore a simple clarity protocol to diagnose misalignment, reduce initiative overload, and create the conditions for focused, sustainable progress.
Takeaway: A practical Clarity Reset tool leaders can immediately use with their teams.
Session 2 - Building Communities of Practice - From Collaboration to Collective Capacity (April 21)
Many schools meet frequently but see little impact on classroom practice. This session reframes Communities of Practice as structured shared inquiry around real work - not just another meeting. Leaders will learn a low-lift model for activating the expertise already inside their organization, strengthening team cohesion, and building sustainable professional learning without adding new programs.
Takeaway: A simple launch framework for starting or strengthening a Community of Practice.
Session 3 - Designing for Personalization - Moving from Compliance to Student Agency (April 28)
Student-centered learning begins with intentional design. This session helps leaders clarify where voice, choice, and ownership truly live in their current model - and where they may be more aspirational than operational. Participants will explore practical ways to expand student agency while maintaining strong instructional coherence.
Takeaway: A personalization decision map leaders can use with their teams.
Session 4 - Developing the Educator Mindset - The Human Side of Innovation (May 5)
Sustainable change is not just structural - it is deeply human. This session explores the key mindsets educators and leaders need to successfully implement personalized and future-ready learning. Leaders will identify common mindset barriers, learn how to support adult learning during change, and develop strategies for building readiness across their teams.
Takeaway: A mindset diagnostic and support strategy.
Session 5 - Activating Student Voice - From Feedback to Partnership (May 12)
Many schools collect student feedback, but far fewer meaningfully share power with learners. This session helps leaders move beyond surface-level voice toward authentic student partnership. Participants will examine practical structures that elevate student perspective in ways that are manageable, meaningful, and sustainable.
Takeaway: A ready-to-use Student Voice activation strategy.
Session 6 - Developing the Conditions for Innovation - Creating the Ecosystem Where Change Can Thrive (May 19)
Innovative practices rarely succeed without the right organizational conditions. This session helps leaders assess whether their current environment is enabling - or unintentionally blocking - meaningful change. Leaders will explore key drivers of sustainable innovation, including coherence, capacity, and leadership moves that create momentum.
Takeaway: An Innovation Conditions self-assessment and next-step planner.
Cost:
The Whole Series: $450 per participant
Single Session: $150 per participant

STRATEGIC SUPPORT & PARTNERSHIPS
-
Grow With Clarity and Alignment
A comprehensive, multi-phase partnership (9-12 months)
Alturas partners with leaders and organizations to build shared understanding, clear direction, and aligned execution - especially during periods of growth, change, or realignment.
This work begins with a full landscape analysis of leadership, culture, systems, and stakeholder experience to surface what’s working, what’s not, and where misalignment lives. From there, leaders co-create a clear organizational blueprint that aligns mission, vision, values, and initiatives into a single, coherent direction.
The work culminates in a strategic roadmap and sustained support to build systems that embeds the plan into daily practice - so strategy doesn’t just exist on paper, but shows up in decisions, behaviors, and culture.
-
Elevate Your Practice
A comprehensive multi-phase executive leadership program (9-12 months)
Ascent Leadership Coaching supports leaders who want to lead with greater clarity, intention, and impact - especially during periods of growth, transition, or organizational change.
Through a structured, reflective coaching process, leaders gain a clear understanding of how they lead today, define the leader they aspire to be, and build a practical roadmap to align their decisions, habits, and actions with that vision. Ongoing coaching support ensures new practices take hold in real-world contexts, not just on paper.
This work helps leaders move from reactive patterns to intentional leadership that is grounded, visionary, strategic, and sustainable.
